Pack Securely
Place the items in their original jewelry box and secure them within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our specialists inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
